Woofstock Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in vending at Woofstock, being held at Sherman's in Caroga Lake on September 14th, 2024 from 1pm to 7pm. Please fill out the registration below. If approved, you will be contacted via email with the vendor payment information link. Non-refundable vendor fees are $100 for food trucks and $50 for a 10' x 10' space and will be due once your registration has been accepted.

I understand that by completing this form I am applying to be considered to participate in FCRSPCA’s 2024 Woofstock

I understand that sharing space between vendors is not permitted

I understand that I am agreeing to occupy my vendor space for the entirety of the event and am not permitted to leave early

I understand that non-food vendors are not permitted to use generators due to the nature of the event

I understand that I am solely responsible for collecting state sales tax for this event

I understand that display and storage will not go beyond the assigned exhibitor space

I understand that I must be set up by 12pm on the day of the event, late set up is not permitted, and all vehicles MUST be removed from exhibitor area by 12pm at the latest on the day of the event.

I understand that vendor balance is due 7 days from application acceptance and if not paid I will forfeit my vendor space

I understand that my vendor registration fee is non-refundable. If I am unable to attend Woofstock, I must email woofstock@fcrspca.org to confirm that I am no longer able to attend and my registration
